Lindsay Lohan Sues E*Trade Over Commercial Featuring "Milkaholic" Baby Named Lindsay

Lindsay Lohan doesn't find the talking E*Trade babies to be all that cute. She's suing the financial company for 100 million dollars, claiming one of its ads depicts a "milkaholic" female baby that closely resembles her.

The commercial, which premiered during the Super Bowl, features the trademark talking male baby apologizing to his baby girlfriend for not calling her earlier, claiming he was busy using E*Trade. When his girlfriend asks if "that milkaholic Lindsay" also paid him a visit and distracted him, another baby girl pops up on the screen and replies, "Milk-a-what?"

Lindsay Lohan, who has spent time in rehab in the past for abusing alcohol, believes she was the inspiration behind the so-called milkaholic, and argues the portrayal was not authorized by her. The New York Post quotes the actress' attorney as saying, "Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody's talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan." The attorney contends that Lindsay's first name is as recognizable to the public as those of Oprah Winfrey and Madonna. According to the Post, the company that produced the commercial counters that the name was borrowed from a staff member of its account team.

In addition to $100 million, Lindsay's lawsuit, filed Monday in a Long Island, New York court, seeks an injunction to pull the commercial from the air.
