To guarantee that you are not purchasing counterfeit or stolen tickets, that you receive the best possible service and that you receive your tickets without delay, we urge all of our ticket purchasers to make their purchase directly via www.ictickets.com.   ICtickets is the only ticketing service authorized by Idaho Center Management to sell, re-sell or auction tickets.
 
Additional information about attending events at the Idaho Center
For the safety, convenience, and enjoyment of its patrons and performers, the Idaho Center has the following policies:
  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • For most events a ticket is required for everyone, including children over 2 years of age
  • Pagers and cellular phones must be turned off
  • The Idaho Center is a non-smoking facility
  • No weapons (including laser pointers)
  • No video cameras or recording devices
  • No outside food or beverage
  • Bags will be searched
  • Backpacks are not allowed

Additional Amphitheater Rules:

  • No chairs (canvas stadium seats that rest on the ground are permitted)
  • No umbrellas
  • No coolers
  • No pets
